We analyze Disco Elysium [Podcast #13]

I know I’m always saying that “we played a little gem” and all that, with few exceptions… But I really didn’t expect Disco Elysium to surprise me in this way.

One thing I like about the Podcast is that, like never before, I’m trying a lot of titles in a very short time. Before I was a gamer of few games, faithfully playing the same games on a daily basis. 4HorasDeJuego has given me not only the opportunity to take up something that I find exciting, but also a lot of new experiences that I wouldn’t have had otherwise.

Disco Elysium is the best example of this. And, as with other occasions, I think that 4 hours is not at all enough to enjoy this game. My highlights during the program were:

This game combines the best of two worlds: role-playing games and detective stories.

Disco Elysium is a game to sit very quietly, with a glass of whiskey.
