I’ll tell it like it is: although I don’t like the job of Producer, I understand that it is necessary and very important.
At the seventh work session I set out to make a grid to more or less account for my operating expenses month by month. It’s no big deal, and a real budget grid is much more complex and even includes the salaries to be paid to the team.
In my case, I don’t have a team and I’m not going to pay myself a salary, but I can keep track of how much the project is costing me in total.
I didn’t have much time to put it together and I didn’t feel quite right, so I finished the grid and that was it.
